Terms of service
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable provider, carrier and service terms.

1. Acceptable use
Virtual numbers may not be used for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or to bypass a platform's own terms of service. Accounts found doing so are suspended without refund.
2. Availability
Numbers are supplied by upstream carriers and providers. Availability, coverage and delivery times are outside our direct control and can change without notice.
3. Billing
Purchases are charged against your prepaid wallet balance at the price shown at checkout. Wallet balances are not transferable between accounts.
4. Refunds
If an order expires without receiving a message, the amount charged is returned to your wallet automatically. Orders that received at least one message are not refundable.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity performed under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
