What we collect
An email address for your account, wallet and order records, and the SMS messages delivered to numbers you have reserved.
How messages are stored
Messages are linked to the order that received them and are visible only to the account that owns that order. Row-level security enforces this at the database level.
Retention
Order and message records are retained while your account is active so you can review your history. You can request deletion of specific orders or your whole account at any time.
Third parties
Numbers and message delivery are supplied by upstream SMS providers. Only the data required to fulfil an order is shared with them, and provider credentials are held server-side.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or erasure of your account. Contact support and we will respond within a reasonable period.
